Mechanical ways to Exfoliate
Exfoliating brushes were used to remove layers of dead skin cells. Either uses the facial cleanser using a dry brush and removes it. You can use a sponge along with some face wash to cleanse with warm water. You can even use gloves to apply soap or body wash throughout the body. Gently scrub your skin in a circular motion and remove the dead skins. You can use either chemical also to cleanse these dead cells. Either use mechanical and chemical way to exfoliate according to your skin type.
Dry skin
Dry skin has some cracks and damages; you can use glycolic acid to remove dead cells. After using this you can apply moisturizer to protect your skin.
Sensitive skin
When you have sensitive skin choose the right way to exfoliate different skin types for sensitive skin you might have redness or itchy skin. Use gentle face wash to do so. Get advice from a dermatologist.
Oily skin
For oily skin manual exfoliation can be used and brushing can work out. You can do gentle brushing in a circular motion to get rid of dead cells.
Normal skin
For normal skin you can go for both kinds of exfoliation, one thing is that you should test on a smaller portion before you proceed wholly.
Combination skin
Combination skin may require a mix of mechanical and chemical exfoliation. Never use both on the same day as it can irritate skin. If your skin feels dry after exfoliation, use a moisturizer immediately after.
